Our apartments are mostly furnished, but we can also provide unfurnished apartment on advanced request.

The system for renting apartment from our company is easy and clear, we do not charge any agent fee or key money, also the guarantor is not required. For security reason one month of the rent amount is required as a refundable deposit.

As a budget option we offer a Female Guest House with all utilities included in the reasonable rent fee. The Guest House with spacious garden is located in very quiet area, but very close to Roppongi Hills and all famous spots.
